What happens if I forget my password?

At the customer log in page go to the forgotten password link, type in your e-mail address and your password will be e-mailed to you.

How long will delivery take? And how much is it?

We will aim to process orders within a day of receipt, but please allow up to seven working days to avoid disappointment.

Free delivery for a limited period in the UK. Europe £3 per item, rest of world £4 per item

Can I exchange/ return a garment?

Yes,

1. Just return the item within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in its original condition. Re-use the delivery bag to return it in.
2. Please enclose the returns note, telling us the reason you are returning it. State whether you would like a refund or exchange.
3. Attach the return address label to your package
4. We suggest that all returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
5. Returns are sent at your own expense; however we will send exchanged items free of P&P.
6. You will receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving your return

Do you have a catalogue?

Yes, simply complete the form on the website and we’ll post one to you as soon as we can. A catalogue will be included in each order.

Can I pay by Cheque?

Yes, when making an order by post. An order form can be found in our brochure, make cheques payable to ‘Kids Rock Ltd’ and write your cheque guarantee number on the back. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques drawn on foreign banks at this time.

How can I pay online?

You can use Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Delta, Solo and American Express.

Is my credit card number and information secure?

Yes, none of your credit card details are kept with us and we use the secure PROTX payment gateway for all transactions. You can visit their website for more information http://www.protx.com/.

Will you ship internationally?

Yes, the delivery charges are Europe £3 per item. Rest of world £4 per item.
