How to Order from Kids Rock

To order items from Kids Rock simply select the type of children's clothing you would like to purchase, by either searching by the categories to your left, or by design using the search box above.

When you have chosen the item you wish to buy, make sure you select the appropriate size from the drop down box. When you have done this you should click 'buy'; this then puts the chosen item in your goody bag. You can either carry on shopping, or go to check out.

To buy the item, you simply make sure that it is in your goody bag and click on 'checkout'. It will ask you if you've registered before, or if you are a new customer. If you are new, simply enter your email address and click continue - the screen will lead you through a series of steps to put in your delivery and billing information. When this is all in place, it takes you to the secure payment pages. Just follow the on screen instructions and put your card details in - these aren't retained by us; they will only be used in connection with the purchase you are making.

The payment system will tell you if your payment has been processed successfully. When it has, you get an email from us and also from Protx/SagePay (the secure payment people); this confirms your order has been placed and that money has been debited from your card.
