Delivery

We will aim to process orders within a day of receipt, but please allow up to seven working days to avoid disappointment.

All our products are packed to be UK letter box friendly so no need to wait in!

Goods are packed singularly or in units of Two to make this possible, so orders of three or more will come in separate packages and thus may arrive at staggered times).

If paying by cheque you will need to allow up to ten working days for your cheque to clear before your order is dispatched.

Payment

Our payment process is hosted on a secure server so your credit card details are safe (we endeavor to confirm your order by e-mail).

Please make cheques payable to kids Rock Ltd, please write your cheque guarantee number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of your cheque.

Cheques accepted (UK banks only) subject to clearance, we do not accept cheques drawn on foreign banks at this time

Out of Stock Items

Due to high demand occasionally some sizes or colours may be out of stock for a short time. In the event of this we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail. You will not be charged for an out of stock item. When the item is back in stock we will e-mail you.

Washing

We recommend our garments are washed inside out especially where a flock transfer has been applied, please check individual washing instructions on all garments before washing

Tumble Drying

We do not recommend tumble drying as this can cause additional shrinkage, fading and reduce the life span of garments

General Information

Every effort has been taken to describe and show all products as accurately as possible; however due to differences in colour palettes between the Web and clothing dyes we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

All sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible; however slight variations in sizing may occur.

Returns

1. No need to contact us- just return the item within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in its original condition.
   Re-use the packaging bag to return it in.
2. Please enclose the returns note, telling us the reason you are returning it. State whether you would like a refund or exchange.
3. Attach the return address label to your package
4. We suggest that all returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
5. Returns are sent at your own expense; however we will send exchanged items free of P&P.
6. You will receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving your return

Finally

Kids Rock Ltd will gladly be held responsible for your child/baby becoming super cool when wearing any of our garments
